ARE THERE ANY FIXED COSTS?
We have neither any subscription fees nor fixes costs. You will be charged for real activities (products receipt, shipments etc) and warehouse space usage (storage).
IS THERE ANY MINIMUM ORDERS QUANTITY FOR SHIPMENTS?
We don’t have any minimum order quantity in terms of prepared shipments. We provide the service from few to thousands of orders daily.
DO YOU PROVIDE AN INTEGRATION BETWEEN THE SYSTEMS?
Yes, we provide an integration between our WMS and customer’s ERP or most popular e-commerce sales platforms.
IS THAT FIXED TERM CONTRACT FOR LOGISTICS SERVICE WE NEED TO SIGN?
In general we offer the contract for an indefinite period of time, unless the customer prefers otherwise. Each agreement is a subject of the individual approach. All agreements have three months notify period.
HOW THE SETTLEMENT FOR THE SERVICE LOOK LIKE?
The settlement for the Logistics service is prepared on a monthly basis. The invoice for the activities done in accordance with the agreement is issued on the beginning of the coming month.
DO YOU PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE?
Yes, we have customer service department. Depending on the requirements, we adjust its functionality to our customer needs.
