Bogusz Kruszyński – President of the Management Board of Redan S.A.
Bogusz Kruszyński – President of the Management Board of Redan S.A. – graduated from the University of Lodz, Faculty of Economics and Management. In 2000, he obtained the Executive MBA certificate at the Polish-American Management Center of the University of Lodz cooperating with the University of Maryland. He gained professional experience working for HSBC Securities Polska S.A. from 1994. as a securities broker, and then as the head of the Public Offers Department. Then, from 1998, he worked at Industrial Bank as deputy director of the Financial Markets Department and director of the Corporate Center Branch. In the years 2001-2003 he was the financial director at BP REAL PROPERTY. Since 2003, he has been associated with Redan S.A. Initially, he was the finance dirctor, and since 2005 he has took up the position of the Vice-President of the Management Board, and at the beginning of 2011 the President of the Management Board. From June 2012, he was again the Vice-President of the Management Board, and from June 2016, he again took up the function of the President of the Management Board of Redan S.A.
Dariusz Młodziński – Member of the Board
Dariusz Młodziński – Member of the Board – graduated of the Warsaw University of Technology at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering. He gained professional experience at Levi Strauss Poland Sp. z o. o. as logistics manager. From 2001, he was the logistics director for Central and Eastern Europe, managing two warehouses in Poland and Hungary.
In 2010-2015, as a Logistics Manager at Diva Poland Sp. z o. o., he created a supply chain and introduced logistic solutions on the Chinese market. Since 2016 he has held the position of logistics director of Redan S.A. Since September 2021, he has been a Member of the Management Board of Redan S.A.
